What's a good skateboarding camcorder (HD or regular) that can screw on fisheyes and under $200?

I want a Panasonic pv gs120 but i was thinking about HD camcorders. I have a youtube channel and i've been filming with my iPhone 5c with a fisheye from Amazon. I've heard that Sony's are good but any brand that's good is fine. I don't want a DSLR camera or GoPro. The camcorder with the features i want is
-HD or regular
-under $200
-fisheye accessible
-skateboard handle/stabilizer accessible
-has the side monitor to see what you're filming
-you can use SD cards for memory/storage
-PREFERABLY black but grey or any color is fine

Just an idea, but you can get cheap fisheye lenses as an accessory at a place called 'usbfever' . I tried one on a midland xtc280 hd cam which is about 100 bucks, it attaches with a stick-on magnetic ring to anything with a suitable lens size like camera-phones ect. Anyway, the fisheye lens is probably about 20 bucks, and maybe you can figure something out on a cam you already have. If not the midland i mentioned is an option, only thing is if your skating and really shocking it you might want to figure a way to attach the lens on better other than the magnetic ring, maybe a spot of hotglue so its not too permanent…
