What's better: iPhone 4s or 5?
I've had a Blackberry as my first phone and it just recently broke. But my mom said that she'd buy me any phone I want.
So iPhone 4s or 5? What do you think I should get and why?

Thanks in advance. <3
Added (1). Oh, and I know at least one answer is going to be like "GET A GALAXY." but nah, my mom has one and she has to many problems with it. So I think I'd rather try an iPhone instead.
I phone 5 its super fast and much more improved: D
IPhone 4S. Iphone 5 is like a remote control lol
First, what Galaxy does she have? The Galaxy S4 has been out for a month. Fully HD(no iPhone is HD) 1080p, bigger screen, better features etc. I personally HATE the iPhones. Had one, hated it, I felt trapped, Couldn't do anything with it. The 4S is cheaper, but the iPhone 5 is obviously upgraded. The iPhones have small screens and the S4 has a more durable screen.
It all depends on personal preference.
In my opinion, the iPhone 4s feels much more comfortable in my hand. The 5's 4" screen is a little bit awkward because it is tall and skinny. Also, the 4s feels more stable; the 5 is really light and can sometimes feel like you are going to drop it. But, the 4" screen can really be helpful if you want to use Safari or watch YouTube without letterboxes. And it still feels good in your hands regardless.
The 5 is way faster as well. It has an Apple A6 chip, which, in Apple's words, can be up to 2x as fast as the A5 chip found in the 4s. You really won't see much difference though, unless you want to use power intensive apps.
They both have the same screen resolution, which is 326 pixels per inch. It isn't HD, but honestly, you can't see the pixels, so what difference does it make? I personally see no difference between a 1080p screen and the iPhones unless you look so close your eye is almost on the screen, which I guarentee you won't be doing on a daily basis.
The i5 is LTE capable. LTE is the fastest data on the market, and can sometimes be faster than Wi-Fi. The 4s is only capable of 3g and this thing called HSPA+, which AT&T and T-Mobile call 4g. This part is all dependent on your carrier.AT&T and T-Mobile both have HSPA+ and LTE networks, so the 4s will have 4g and the 5 will have LTE if you use either one of those carriers. Sprint uses a different kind of 4g that isn't HSPA+, so the 4s won't have 4g, and you'll be stuck with Sprint's HORRIBLY SLOW 3g network. Sprint is just rolling out its LTE networks too, so if you are in certain cities, the iPhone 5 will have LTE. Now, Verizon doesn't have HSPA+ networks either, so the 4s will be stuck with 3g too. But it has the best LTE network and the best coverage, so it is good for the iPhone 5.So. In short, if you use AT&T or T-Mobile, the 4s will be fast, and the 5 will be even faster. If you use Sprint, the 4s will be really slow, and if you're in a city without, LTE, so will your iPhone 5. If you use Verizon, your 4s will be slow, but your 5 will be really fast. Whew.
The rest of things are little. The 5 has the newer lightning cable and the 4s has the older 30pin connector. The 4s has a glass back that gets shattered often. The 5 has a camera thats a little better, but not by much. The 5 has another row of apps on the screen. Little things. From here, I would recommend you go to a store and compare the 2 phones for yourself and see which one you like more.
Overall, I would prefer the iPhone 5 because it's newer and uses new technology, but the 4s is still an incredible phone and could work for almost anybody.
Latest version is obviously best. I'm not sure why you would even ask that.
- Which is better the Iphone 5s or the 5c i'm trying to decide which one is better? And what's the difference between these two phones can someone tell me please? I'm trying to decide which one to buy?
- Which iPhone's better? IPhone 5C or iPhone 5S? I know the iPhone 5S is a more powerful device, but the colors of 5C are way better than 5S. They shout youngsters and I think would be perfect for an 18 year old. Which one would you get?
- What's better net10 or straight talk better as in cheaper? I want a smart phone so that would be about 300 dollars there. I want a cheap plan like 45 or 50 dollars a month for unlimited internet. How much is the iPhone 4 and can I use the 50 dollars unlimited for it.
- Should I upgrade to a better pc or a better phone? I currently have a terrible computer, at least 7 yrs old (ASUS laptop) I also have a terrible phone (iPhone 5c) which should I upgrade first? I was planning on getting a better pc, but than I realized how bad my phone was.
