What's the best way to back up photos from an iPhone?
For me, it would be to back them up to my PC via USB and to Google Photos. I don't use iDevices anymore, but it still applies to them as well.
Backing up to iCloud Photos is generally easier and seamless, but you might need to pay for more cloud storage if you have a lot of pictures and especially video.
ICloud, or onto a reliable PC/Mac
I log in with my Gmail account or download them to my laptop too but it is generally my wife who uses iPhone.
- Stolen iphone - any way i can get my photos back? My sisters iphone was stolen over the weekend, & she hadn't set up the icloud or find my iphone up, is there any way we can get the photos back from her phone without this enabled or the phone itself? Some really valuable ones of the family that we don't want to lose! All help would be gratefully received.thanks! The phone is stolen - i can't download anything to it now unfortunatly!
