What's the difference between the Roku 2 & NetGear Push2TV?
I'm debating on which one to buy. They're both going to be $60 on Black Friday and I don't know which one to get. With the Roku I can stream from my iPhone 5, but I don't know about my Toshiba Satellite P55 A5312. With the NetGear I know I could stream from my laptop, but not my phone. Which one can offer more, even if I have to sacrifice the other?
Roku is primarily a streaming device that adds access to web content to display on your TV. Push2TV is simply a way to display your computer screen on your TV without cables. Push2TV requires the Intel WiDi circuitry built into your device.
- Wi-Fi problem with Netgear Router? I have a Netgear router. And I have 2 computers, one apple desktop and an apple laptop. However the Wi-Fi only works on the desktop. For some reason the Wi-Fi on my laptop and iphone, it doesn't want to work, when I put in the password it says "connection timeout". How can I fix this?
- Why doesn't my netgear wireless router wnr1000 work anymore? I used it for my xbox live and one day it just stopped working? It won;t connect to anything my iphone laptop, what happened? I heard it was because it was Comcast what's the issue with it?
- Roku vs Apple TV which is better for $$? I currently have a mac, iphone and ipad. So i orginally thought i should get the apple tv.burt if the roku does the same thing and is cheaper should i just go with that? Can i stream/mirror from my computer (like websites etc) from my mac to either of them(i know i can with iphone and ipad)? Pros and cons of both please!
- Netgear Router help! Won't work My Netgear router was working fine until today when i tried to connect to the internet. My iphone didn't work or my laptop. It's not the internet not working either because i plugged that into my computer and it worked fine. I reset my router and unpluged and did all stuff like that but it still didn't work!
