What's the reason behind names in the cricket sector?

This is something I have always wondered, the inspiration behind the names you have chosen. I find myself wondering towards my own conclusions, such as SBS is marooned on a desert island with nothing more then an IPhone & a dog. Half Drawn Boy is pi$$ed because his name reminds me of being half cut, or red dawg is in da hood (which he clearly isn't).

I'm sure you are all very interested to know JB has nothing to with my name, and nothing to do with Justin Beiber either. I created this profile whilst listening to 'dead of alive' by Bon Jovi, BJ sounded kind of gay so I switched it to JB. That was my wonderful inspiration, kinda random really.

My profile name Dinith is not my real name. Once upon a time there was a user in that name in the section. So I named my account after him as an honor to him.

My Complete name is Shivaganesh.
I've been a huge fan of Tom Cruise since the time I was young and I love his movies so much. He gets lots of criticism sometimes for his personal life as well as his acting credibility which is questioned by people sometimes but to me he is a great actor and one that I have always role modeled. When I joined YA, I only used "Shiva" as my username but as I got familiar with the site i saw contacts(Particularly from other sections) using very different and peculiar names, so I tried to find one for myself and I thought this one suits me well, so am continuing with it since the last 4 years.

When I first joined the site I used a sketch that my girlfriend, at the time, had drawn of me as my avatar. I just picked a user name based around that. Rather embarrassingly, if you google 'half drawn boy' a question about the sketch is the first result.
