What's with these random Apple ID password prompts when opening certain apps on iPhone X?

Whenever I open an app I sometimes get a "sign into itunes store" prompt and have to enter my password. If I press cancel it closes the app. If I enter my password the app starts up like nothing ever happened. This happens at completely random intervals. I looked all over Google and only found a similar issue that wasn't quite mine. How do I make this annoying thing go away?

Any time you are spending money or accessing secure data, you need password.

I want to move certain photos to certain albums and when I click on "edit album" then i hit this arrow button on the picture and when i hit "move to another album" it gave me an option of 2-3 albums to put the picture into.   • Iphone turns off when opening apps? I have a Verizon iPhone 5 with the most recent update. My phone is randomly shutting down after I open any app and then goes to power up again. I know I can erase my phone and reboot it from scratch but I'm wondering if there's a simple solution that I'm missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
