What settings do I change on my iPhone 4S to stop data when abroad?
I want to receive calls and texts but no internet at all. I don't want a massive bill for data when I return home!
Settings>General>Cellular>Data Roaming = Off
Turn off wireless and 3g
General-mobile data-data roaming-OFF
Settings >> general >> cellular and make sure the data roaming option is set to off, do it before you leave your home country.
In your settings you should find a place for turning off data roaming, That will stop it and it's also a smart idea to turn off Wi-Fi when in public and only turning it on when using a private network in a home/hotel etc.

- In my school there's a NO PASSWORD Wi-Fi but you can't connect. Some can, because he change something in settings in phone in Wi-Fi settings? Please tell me how! I need it very much, if somebody help me, i give him steam key. I need to know ho to do that on iPhone. He just add some port or something like that.
- Is it possible to change the passcode disable settings on the iphone 4S? I find it really annoying when people try to guess my passcode and get it wrong all the time so it results in being disabled for 1 minute, then 5 mins. Then 15 mins, then 30 mins, then an hour, then 2 hours! Its just so annoying! So is there anyway i can change the settings so it only gets disabled for 1 minute every time? Or something like that?
