What to do when I know who committed the burglary while I was at work?

I came from work and my door was unlocked not forced into. The living room window which had a ac unit was pulled out and used to enter my house. I know it was my ex and her brother because i'm new to this area and she is the only person that been to my house. Not only that you have to be tall to enter through the window like 5-6 and hes that hieght. That same day she and I got into a fight and she brought up her brother would put me down. So thats a tip there. I answered sayind I have 12 friends that run a lot faster than both of them( my gun). Well as I started checking my items and my brothers too. My brothers thing was not stolen. The only thing that was stolen was some of my stuff like a psp, 3ds, liqour bottles, xbox 360, one pair of shoes that are size 10, 500 dollars and my blank gun which is a movie prop gun. But everything else was left. Note I have two big screen two ps3 a lot of movies a lot of shoes two laptops, bunch of skateboards etc but they only took the items I mentioned. How I know it was them beauce the threat she gave me about her brother, my brothers thing was just moved not taken and it was only some of mya things that was stolen, they have a xbox 360 they love to drink, she has a little boy that can use the psp and 3ds and she is broke thats why she took the money and the iphone. If it was someone else all my things and my brothers would of been gone, not only that they knew which was my room and knew where to find the gun which is fake blank gun. It looks like thats why they came for, everything is left not take except for those 5 items and also three games which I like to play a lot( black ops 2, modern warefare, and nba 2k 12. They didn't take the rest of the games and she knows I play only those three. What should I do in this case. Move on or get my revenge? Or be the better mature person. They left the cables for the system and all the games thats why I know it was her and her brother. I have a bunch of things in my house that you can make a profit of. But that was the only thing that was taken. I'm so mad cuz thats serious for trespassing my stuff and thinking she payed for them or owned them. Shoukd I drop it and forget about it and leave it how it is but I want her to learn a lesson cuz the police won't do anything at all. All the sign points to her cuz she knew where to look where to come in, etc I want justice cuz thats some bs

That's not tresspassing, that's burglary. Since you have suspects, the cops should take an investigative report and follow up on your complaint. If they don't then your city doesn't have a police department. Call again and if they refuse to take action, notify your district attorney in your county or your state attorney general office.

The police have to take a report and give you a case number. With that you could sue her and her brother in small claims court. They have to answer if you file a case and have them summoned. They have to appear at any hearing and answer the summons within a time frame.
Take charge of the situation yourself and retaliate legally.

Well, sorry to say, but you will regret saying whom stole your things. This will become a shock to you whom really stole your things.

cops will catch this person and he will admit to several break ins and yours will be on the list.
