What To Get My Boss For Christmas/Hanukkah?
Technically, Hanukkah, because he's Jewish. He's an Ophthalmologist, he's professional, middle-aged, empty nester, pretty technologically savvy, iphone user, foodie, know-it-all, condescending typical doctor-type. I've only been working for him for a few months, so I don't want to get anything too expensive but he's in a way different tax bracket, so I don't want to look bad. I'm his scribe, so we're together all day long, closer than anyone else in the office.
Added (1). I think he is practicing because he celebrated Thanksgivakkah. He doesn't wear like, a yarmulke at work or anything.

Is he a practicing Jew (he doesn't have to be orthodox), or does he just like to give the IMPRESSION that he's a jew?
Hanukkah ended last Thursday, December 5. There's no way to impress him with anything you give to him, so don't try to. How about taking it head on and ask him what you can give him.
