What type of camera should I get? - 1
I just made yearbook staff at my high school and one of the mandatory supplies we need is a nice camera. It needs to be able to take pictures very quickly and have good quality in the pictures. It can't be a handheld camera (a small one). However, I do not want to spend a lot of money on camera that I'm only going to be using for this class. After this year, I will have no use for it because of the dependent camera that comes on my iphone. ( we're not allowed to use our self phone cameras because of the poor quality. Any Suggestions? I also am oblivious to camera technology and need a full breakdown/ details of any camera suggestions.
I'd go with one of the "compact cameras" there a step between the point and click pocket sized cameras and big fancy $500+ ones professional photographers use.
Price range is almost EVERYTHING, that and how much equipment you wanna carry around.
Knowing how to use it is also HUGELY important.
Learn how to use the various settings.
I have a: panasonic dmc200 fz60 and love it.
Going up to one of the DSLR's is a bit expensive, but you can get something similar to mine for under 300.
Henry Horenstien's Digital Photography will cover all the basic info you need to learn about cameras, and it's a pretty easy read. ISO, Shutter Speed, and FStop are the key settings. Zoom is easy to use, but those three are the key to getting great shots.
You just need something like a cybershot, powershot or coolpix camera make sure the pixels are good. You could even use your iphone but sometimes it makes skin look horrible. You won't need anything with a good zoom just aim for something with better quality like this on a lower budget…

and on a higher one go for something like this.

but if your only using it for the yearbook go for the first one but remember to read the reviews.
- Which type of tablet should I get? I'm going to save up my money. I can't decide what tho. Its between iPad, Acer Laptop, or a microsoft surface tablet. The surface is more for school stuff, and thats okay because i already have a iphone and ipod for apple apps. My current laptop has a bunch of problems, but i really only use it to listen to music now. I'm trying to narrow everything down. Please give your opinions on the items
- Which camera is better: An old General Imaging x500 Digital Camera or an iPhone 7 front camera? It looks like an iPhone only offers 7 MP while this camera boasts 16 MP but this camera is so old and looks worse at least on its own screen. I'm confused
- What type of IPhone should I get? - 1 Hi, I'm getting an IPhone in September and I kind of want to know what one I should get. I was leaning towards the 4S because the 5 was so expensive. So if you could tell me which one you think would be good or is the better deal please respond.
- What type of iPhone case should I get? I want a felxible one which has nice grip and feels good to hold, not the hard ones. And I don't want the Otterbox ones either. But which ones give it the most protection? Are the ones which I want reliable enought to protect the phone?
