What week flower very should I start out with?
About ready to buy our own wheat milling machine, curious as to what wheatberry we should look into as our first Barry to start milling. I've read that the flowers that we get in stores is from hard red, is that true? Is that the sort of wheat berry we would want to go with to start out with our own milling?

Before investing a lot of money on money on your milling machine, I would advise to research this project. Milling your own flour is large project and if you haven't even got the initiative to research you own project, I doubt you will follow through. There's a lot of information on the internet regarding this subject, but you are looking for "How to mill flour", not flower". Maybe you did try to find the info but spelled flour wrong.
