What will the apple store do to my iphone?
My iphone down button stopped working when I updated and you have to press really hard for it to work. I haven't dropped it once or got water on it plus I had the cover on since I got it and it's shock resistance.AT&T told me to go to the apple store and they will check my phone and replace it if nothing has happened to it. Will they open the phone in front of me or what? I really just want to get it fixed and replaced. They said they will replace it for free if nothing has happen to it that was caused by me.
They will each take their turn filling each and every hole your poor iphone has. Its chastity? GONE!
How are we to know at gay t & homo T are going to "rule" about the damages to your phone?
If you say you didn't drop it or get it wet then why would they blame you?
They will either fix it or replace it.
You didn't mention here about the warranty period of your iphone. If your iphone is still under warranty then there's no need to take stress. They will fix it or replace it. In case if your iphone is out of warranty, nothing serious will happen to it. It will be fixed with less complications.
If you are within the warranty period, then Apple should be able to replace it for you on the spot. They will not open up the phone in front of you, but will go to make sure that the phone was not tampered with by having OEM parts. Then they will decide to replace your phone, and will wipe out the data of your old phone with your presence due to privacy.
I highly suggest you back up your data before you go the apple store, and make an appointment with the Genius Bar online because there might be a long wait.

- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper.
