What's better? Iphone4s or iphone 5?
I want to get an iphone but not sure what one, any tips of how to pick. What do people think of the iphone 4s and 5
Get the iPhone 5 that way it won't get outdated as quickly it has all the new and old features so you can get the best of both. However it's more expensive but this will enable you to keep it for longer without the need of updating your handset so soon.

Of course, iPhone 5 have better features and also higher price.

Both are great handsets and as you would imagine have fairly similar features so choosing whether to upgrade or not will be down to which ever features you deem to be the most important. Both the 4S & the iPhone 5 have a 8MP camera and a 326ppi display which offers fantastic image quality and screen resolution - great for both taking photos and using your iPhone to browse the net. Both phones also have the Facetime feature & the Siri Voice Assistant - something which is great if you're busy or on the move!
However, the iPhone 5 is an upgraded handset from the iPhone 4S & has a 1.2MP Facetime camera where as 4S's front facing camera offers only VGA resolution. The iPhone 5 is also considerably lighter, longer and thinner than its predecessor weighing only 112g - the iPhone 4S weighs in at 140g. The iPhone 5 you also offers 4G connectivity if you so wish, meaning faster download speeds. I would also point out that the iPhone 5 is available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions, the iPhone 4s is available in 16GB only.

The iPhone 5 definitely. The 3 biggest changes between the 4s and the 5 are:
1. New lightning connector.
Getting the 4S would make you even less compatible with future devices since Apple will be ditching the old 30-pin connector.
2. The speed difference. The speed difference between the 4 and 4s wasn't bad, but the difference between the 4S and 5 is definitely noticeable. The internet, apps, boot time and overall performance across the 5 is amazingly quick! I'm still pleasantly surprised at times even though I've had my iPhone 5 for about a month now.
3. Screen size. Movies and youtube videos look ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS on the iPhone 5. Because youtube uses a 16:9 ratio, and the iPhone 5 uses that as well, you get the entire screen for your videos and it is a significant step up. The speakers are also much louder and clearer. I find myself watching youtube much more often on my iPhone 5 now, because of the speed and clarity.
I'd say get the iPhone 5 because it is a very impressive phone.
Ill say 4s since new iphone comes out like every year and there's no point of buying the latest one.
