Whatsapp - Blocked or Glitch?
I've never really used Whatsapp before as I always thought it seemed a little pointless when you can send a text, but anyway over the last little while my friends have been fretting about using all their free texts so I've been forced to give in and download it, however now I find myself faced with the paranoia of whether someone has blocked me or not! For said person I can't see their last online time and the last message I sent, about 8hrs ago) only has one tick (which according to Whatsapp help suggests I've been blocked) however this has happened continuously for a few days and eventually my message will deliver and the person replies, however I can only see when they are online and their last online time briefly after they've messaged me (it usually disappears while I'm typing my response), are they blocking me in between messages or is there glitch with either my app or theirs that is causing this to happen?
They're not using an iPhone so I don't think it has anything to do with time stamp being switched off (unless this is a feature of Windows 8 phones)
Any thoughts?
I think its a glitch my friends use Whatsapp and i'm the only one with an iphone all my friends have blackberry's and I can't see when they are online I just guess. It must be a glitch.
- Will blocked numbers on my iphone stay blocked when I get a new iphone? My girlfriend blocked a number of a person she wasn't supposed to be talking to. She swore up and down she did. She got a new phone and months later that number called. Did she lie to me. She uses the same icloud account, the same phone number.
- Is it normal for my iPhone 5 to glitch occasionally? - 1 It glitches now and then. Not bad, but I thought this was normal. My draw free app shuts off every time I try to use it, I reinstalled it. But, anyway, that's not the only glitch. Just wondering if that was normal and what caused it.
- IPhone 5 emoji glitch and freezing? I was having a long text war with my cousin. I created a shortcut with lots of emoji icons. It was so long my phone restarted, and now when I enter keyboard settings to delete it my phone freezes and sometimes restarts. Sometimes I'm using apps on my phone and it will restart randomly. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? If not I'll just to get to the Genius Bar.
- I can't figure out whether I have been blocked on whatsapp or not? I messaged this person today but it hasn't gone through. As in that there are no ticks by the messages. I have read the whatsapp page about how to know if someone has blocked you however it's very unclear. I should mention this person has an iPhone therefore they can switch off their "last seen" status so I can't figure it out through that:| It's very unusual and hard to believe that he doesn't have internet connection Any help would be much appreciated
