When I try to download free app it won't let me?
I have an iPhone 4 and whenever I try to download a free app it says my payment method was declined. I'm not paying, it's free!
To make sure you're you, a valid payment method is still required. But no money will be charged.
May be you are writing a wrong card number. So they can't process for you
