When you block a number on an iPhone, what will show up when that person texts you?
I gave someone my number and I want to block them because I don't know them very well. However, I don't want to seem mean, so what will happen when that person texts me? Will it say, "Number not available" or will it send but I just won't receive it?
Nothing it "goes through the system" but it doesn't go into your phone
You won't be able to see the message if you blocked that person.

- When you Block Caller on iPhone, does it completely block them or do they show up as Unknown? I routinely "Block Caller" telemarketers, so does using the iPhone "Block Caller" option block all calls, or will the calls still come through and just show up as "Unknown"? I've received a lot of "Unknown" phone calls lately, so that's what I was attributing it to.

My ex in law called my sister with my mom's old phone number to trick her into Nswering his call. Now, is there an app that can let you text with someone else's number that you know? Maybe in cydia? I'm trying to prank somebody Lol
- If someone were to block my text now number would it block my normal number? I was teasing my girlfriend on my text now and she blocked me and I tired calling her and texting her on my normal number but she won't reply and it only run once and hung up. She has an iPhone, would it block my normal number if she blocked my text now number?
- If i delete the email linked to my imessenger will it show my number to the person messaging me? I gave a guy my email linked to my iMessage on my iPhone and I want him to stop texting me. I don't wanna block… So my question is if I delete the email I gave him will it then show up as my phone number?
