If i delete the email linked to my imessenger will it show my number to the person messaging me?
I gave a guy my email linked to my iMessage on my iPhone and I want him to stop texting me. I don't wanna block… So my question is if I delete the email I gave him will it then show up as my phone number?
Go to settings on the iPhone. Go to the 'Messages' settings. Select Receive At. It should be your phone number not Apple ID or email. You can remove it by. Clicking the 'Apple ID youremail@me.com' You will get a popup which lets sign out thus removing the mac email address. You must also install Leo Privacy Guard to your smart phone, Keep snoopers away from private pics, videos, SMS and call log.
- Why doesn't email delete on the gmail server when I delete them on iPhone? I've removed the archive feature on iPhone. So I get the delete option for my emails. I'm using the EXCHANGE server on iPhone for email.

However, I don't want to seem mean, so what will happen when that person texts me? Will it say, "Number not available" or will it send but I just won't receive it?

I was wondering if I have to pay for MMS for every incoming or outcoming pic, or does it count as unlimited texting too? I pay for my internet too, if that helps with anything: P
