Where is All My IPhone Data Going?
I'll try to keep this short. I have owned my iPhone 5 for exactly one week today. It's prepaid and it is has 2GB of data for a month. How is it possible that I got a message today warning me I have less than 10mb of data remaining! Seriously I have Wi-Fi at home, work and school so I almost NEVER use the internet or apps when out of Wi-Fi! It really sucks though cause it's going to bill me for the extra when the only time I have used data was to check Facebook a few times on Sat when I went to New Jersey. I checked my settings and it says it has used 84.6mb of cellular data! That's like only 5% of the 2 GB so i don't know what's going on and it took me forever to want to buy a smartphone cause they are too expensive. The guy at AT&T said it was cause I was logged into Facebook and it's using data from that. Apparently not if I've only used 84mb for maybe 1hrs worth of time. He told me to sign out of my account when I'm done but i don't know anyone who does that EVERY TIME. Can anyone please help me!
Something has to be wrong if you aren't running apps, call your carrier and see if they can help.
- Why is all of my new e-mail going into my notes folder instead of my inbox? When I check my inbox on my iphone or from the computer, there are not any new messages. When I go into my e-mail account in yahoo mail, my new e-mails are in my notes folder instead of my inbox. On my iphone, there's not a "notes folder" avaliable for me to view. I did not even realize there was a notes folder until I accessed my yahoo mail through the computer. This is the first time I have had this to happen.
- Where is all the storage space going on my iPhone 4s? It says that I've used up 5.6 GBs but when I did the math and added up all the space my apps took up I only got 1.6 GBs. Where is all the other space going? I'm on a family plan if that means anything. Is there anyway to free up space on my phone?

I have a 6 GB iPhone and I went to update injustice gods imong us which is 1.2GBs and it says I don't have enough storage I deleted all my messages and my music is 799 MBs and Facebook is 227 MBs my photos is 516 MBs that's all my apps like I said I deleted my messages and my calls and some contacts some songs cleared my cookies and history and all apps but Facebook and injustice I have no clue where it's going
- Are all my text messages going through? I'm texting someone with an old iphone. They need Wi-Fi to get messages.Sometimes they send as blue sometimes as green. I get that the blue messages are imessage and green are sms but are all of them going through eventually? so far all of them have been responded to except my last message and i don't know if they got it or not but i don't want to be annoying by like sending it again or a question mark or something, which is why i'm asking here
