An Apple Store or your carrier (Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc). I wouldn't buy it from ebay or craigslist because most of the time you're going to get scammed. Before you buy any apple device, check to see if the retailer has been authorized by Apple to sell their products.
Apple is best, it's best to get products from the manufacturer as most of the time you get better coverage and stuff.
