Where is the Mp3 input in a citroen Berlingo van 2009?
Looking to connect my iphone to the radio which says clearly Mp3.
If the mp3 logo is next to the CD slot, that means that it can play mp3 files off a CD.
The 2009 car versions of the 2nd-generation Berlingo had an AUX input (probably in the glovebox) as standard until the end of April 2009.
From 1st May 2009 the AUX input was no longer standard except on the top-of-the-range XTR versions, but a USB input was a £200 factory-fit option, combined with Bluetooth.
All versions had a CD player capable of playing mp3 files stored on a CD-R (hence the logo on the head unit)
I suspect the van specifications changed at the same time as the car.
So if your van is built to pre-May specs, it should have an AUX input, probably using a 3.5mm jack.
If it is a May-on spec van, it will not have the AUX input, and will only have the USB input if the original owner specified the USB/Bluetooth option.
If it's nowhere obvious it doesn't have one. The MP3 logo simply refers to the CDs capability to play MP3 discs.
I just looked it up, there ain't one!
- Which USB can I use with my 2009 CTS? I've been looking to download some music onto a flash drive since my CTS won't recognize my iphone and I wouldn't want to keep it in there anyways. I was just curious about the process of putting the music onto the flash drive and then playing it through the car… I obviously use iTunes for all of my music and assume that it's compatible with the car. Also are there any USBs that aren't compatible? What are some that work without a doubt.
- Transferring MP3 to iTunes, MP3 not working? I downloaded 40 MP3s in my computer and as usual, I drag them to iTunes so I can connect it to my iPhone. But only 4 were able to transfer. I tried playing the MP3s that didn't work in windows media player but they did not play. They are all MP3 files (the ones that worked and didn't work) how can I make the files play and transfer them to iTunes?
- My husband's 2009 Prius auxillary isn't working? My husband's 2009 auxiliary isn't working. We have auxiliary service that used to work then stopped when I used it with my iphone. It doesn't even show up on the screen when the car is turned on with his Iphone. There isn't any info in the handbook on the car. How do we activate it?
