Where to buy apple care for iPhone 5?

I Live in Canada, the city in which I live is a 5 minute drive from the USA. I've purchased an iPhone 5 on November 2nd and I want applecare+, but the problem is i don't know where to buy. There are 3 Apple Stores in the US which are closest, but i don't know if the applecare/warranty will be valid in Canada. I'm aware that you have to buy applecare one month after purchase of the iphone, i still haven't received my iPhone 5 because i ordered it online at Virginmobile.ca. I think my option are either.:

A: Buy Applecare+ from apple.ca and wait for it in the mail.
But the problem with that would be that i don't know if its valid until it comes in which i would be too late noticing how the deadline is december 2nd (Purchased on November 2nd)

B: Go to an Apple Retail Store in USA and ask if its valid
But the Problem with that is that i don't know if I need to have the iphone present at the time ordering applecare and if applecare+ USA will also work in Canada.

C: Not Buy Applecare+
But the problem with that is my iphone won't be protected, pretty simple.
WHAT I'm Really ASKING IS WHERE IS THE FASTEST Way TO BUY APPLECARE+ FOR IPHONE 5 OWNED BY A CANADIAN?

AppleCare Protection Plan is only valid in the country of purchase so you should get it from Apple Canada.

  • Iphone 5 or htc one? Which to buy best (don't care for the money)? Which one do you suggest as more worth of buying overall in terms of specs, os, smoothness etc? I was thinking of htc because of 4cores etc.extraordinary specs but i heard that iOS is much more smooth apart from specs. Will it work smoother and better overall than android? Heard sometimes of android crashes. Also are apple maps full-detailed for greece or somewhat detailed?
  • If I use my Apple Care to get a new iPhone can I repurchase Apple Care again? I figure that because they will usually replace your troubled phone with a refurbished one you should be able to, but if anyone could weigh in on their knowledge or experiences I would appreciate it.
  • If i change the iphone 4s backplate will it void the apple care? I'm going to get the 4s with the $100 apple care warranty. If i change the back plate i will keep the original incase i need to put it back on to bring to store. Will they know i ever changed it? I think its stupid that taking off the back voids the warranty. You can take the back off of any other phone if you wanted to.
  • How to cancel Apple Care for iPhone? The sales associate said I can cancel it whenever, and I'd like to do so before I get my first bill in two weeks.
