Where to unlock an iphone 4 in toronto?
I'm trying to find a place to unlock a rogers iphone 4. All the info I'm googling seems too shady for me to trust lol. Any recommendations would be awesome

I think you unlock phones yourself, on your computer. You do not bring it somewhere as far as I know it.
