None - you have to use a computer and Adobe Photoshop for that. You would never, ever want to use a phone for retouching. It's far too small of a screen, you can't see the details required for printing, and the software available is nowhere near as powerful as you will be needing.

If you do ANY colour correction, then you will also need a monitor which is compliant with AdobeRGB and one which you calibrate and profile at least once a month.
