The 5S no doubt. The 5C is when you can't afford an iPhone, not that it's that much cheaper. Specs wise and feature wise, the 5S is so much better, also you won't be insulted.
Definatley buy the iPhone 5s because it is much more faster than the 5c and the camera quality is better.
IPhone 5S has option for 64GB and it has better hardware so performance will be better than 5C. It also has fingerprint security so it's safer too.
IPhone 5s is better than iPhone 5c because 5s comes with fingerprint security and more faster than 5c.
Both are good but i thing you can go for lumia new phone

The 5s is the better phone for sure.
The 5c is known as the affordable iPhone. That's why the 2 came out at the same time. Therefore if you can afford the 5s its most likely a better quality phone.
