Which iPhone should I choose? - 2

So 8 months back my Galaxy S3 broke and I'm in need of a new phone badly. Thanks to picking up another job I will have $500 at the end of this month. I'm one year into my contract so I still have another year. And now here's my question: Should I get a 32GB iPhone 5 on eBay for $330. Or should I cancel my current contract and add a new contract for $330 and get the iPhone 5S with a new contract? The only drawback to canceling the line is that I will have to restart my contract all over again… Please help!

Added (1). Also if I do the 5S I will get a $20 Target giftcard if that matters…

  • Which phone to choose for upgrade? IPhone 4 or 4s, 8gb, 16gb, 32, 64? I'm lucky enough to be able to uprade my phone and choose from IPhone4 or 4s, also choose from 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and 64gb. Now the obvious choice is to get the IPhone 4s 64gb which is the most expensive/flashy But is it necassarily the best one to get for day to day use? Is it bigger for example?
