IPhone 5 is bigger and has faster speed but there's no real innovation on it so I would wait.
Out of the 5 and the S4, I would recommend the S4. If you go to your nearest carrier store and play around with the S4, you will realize that it honestly is ahead of the iPhone 5. One of the reasons why it is, is that the iPhone 5 includes technology that is a year old, while the S4 has brand new technology. If you can, I really recommend waiting for Apple to announce the iPhone 5S next week at WWDC 2013, as it will be much easier to decide once you know what the 5S will be like. Also, if you buy a phone and then realize you want the 5S when it is announced, you would be locked in for 2 years.
