I know 5c is cheaper and I've heard 5s is better but I want to hear from you, your opinion on which is better and y
The 5 and 5c are exactly the same in terms of performance and specs. The only diff between the 5c and the 5 is the design. So since the 5s is better than the 5 then it is just as much better than the 5c.
