Hi, I'd know how much is an iPhone 4S in USA because here in Italy is very expensive (700€, 918$) and I heard that the price in USA is less, like 250/300$ and I think it's very strange, is it true this?

Yes it is basically true, because that price range is for a phone subsidized by the carrier, with a contract for a couple years. If you buy the phone retail with no carrier subsidy and contract, then the price is a lot closer to what you are paying,.
