IPhone 5s. It also is the better performing phone & the hardware is definitely better on the 5s using glass, aluminum & stainless steel vs plastic, fake leather & fake metal.
@Mahmood: the 5s has a better camera. Hope you aren't just looking at the MP & assuming on that alone.
