Which video format does iphone 5s supports?

Also please tell if i can convert videos without losing quality!

The iPhone will require " MPEG-4 video up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second". If the file is not providing that you will need to convert it to a H.264.m4v or.mp4 (which are themselves MPEG-4 files).
