Why don't I have the new home layout on my iphone when it supports ios 12?
I have iphone 5s and it supports ios 12 and i always get notifications about what is new and to install it, but i noticed that ios 12 has new home design and my design is still the same (the old design) even though i've updated it. Why is this? How to have the newest design?
Do you mean the layout of icons on the home screen?
The only time they are re-arranged without you doing it is if you do a factory reset or DFU reset, totally erasing all your personal info from the phone so it comes up asking for activation and its owners info.
Changes to the screen layouts are part of the personalisation that the owner does to a phone, so not changed during updates.
You can drag just the app icons as you want to mimic the new default layout.
Don't know what home layout you are referring to. The iOS home screen grid has been the same since day 1, iOS 12 didn't change that.
Perhaps the new home design is only supported on the newer iPhone's.
- Why don't I like changing my iPhone home screen layout? For some reason I really like the way it is, even if I don't use some of the apps on the first screen
- Which video format does iphone 5s supports? Also please tell if i can convert videos without losing quality! I'm asking for video conversion into the iphone format!
- What is the best home screen layout on the iPhone? I feel that I'm always rearranging my home screen to find a system with great functionality and appearance, but I can never find one that I'm comfortable with and can stick with for quite a while.
- New iPhone layout iOS 7 sucks. How can I change it? The letter were bold in the previous versions and everything looked nicer. The new crap looks horrible. Is there an app to change it back to the same look or is this time for me to move on to another phone finally? Tyler, your mothers legs do. I was expecting responses from fanboy geeks lol.
