Who here dislikes Christmas?

It seems like Christmas is only for rich kids who get new rich stuff like iPhones/iPods or TVs and it makes me jealous. Who agrees?

If I only saw the negative things in life I might agree with you.

Me. I just hate the holidays. I can afford sh*t like that so that's not the reason I hate them. I hate all happy sh*t.

I do too I've always wished for an iPod but it never happen I didn't even get much this year anyway. *sigh*

Christmas is the best, presents are great don't get me wrong I act like I'm 5 but the best part is the family, the decorations the Christmas spirit. I love it, and it's not just for rich kids, you should be grateful no matter what you get but most of all be grateful for food on your plate, a roof over your head and your family by your side

Christmas is not just about buying ipad or ipod but it is about celebrating and rejoicing the birth of our saviour Lord Jesus Christ and his message for us. It is a festival about sharing the happiness and love.

I like Christmas for the lights, the colours, the food and gift giving.
But it did make me a little sad when my boyfriend got an xbox one, samsung tab 3, about six new xbox one games, ralph lauren colonge… And tonnes more little things. Then there's me who gets socks, paints, a few books etc. I do like what I got, but if I think in comparison to his presents mine are kinda cheap.
That's basically because we're poor. Very poor.

The Holy Bible says to be content with what you have and trust in God to provide what you need. Go out in nature and study what God has created. Nature is good for your soul. Always be grateful for what you have because not everyone has a shelter, foods, or clothes. These are important things not what you put in the list above. There's no point for you to be jealous. You could always serve Jesus and help others with what they need. Yep!
