Who pays for the chargeback error on paypal?
A fraudulent buyer on eBay asked me to ship an iPhone 5 to Indonesia even though that wasn't their verified address.
Long story short I shipped phone to Indonesia and the buyer filed a chargeback.
Eventually I got the money back from Paypal. Paypal paid for the item.
Will paypal contact the buyer for the funds?
It is better you should asking directly to paypal.
