Why am I being asked for card payment to update and download free apps (iPhone)?
I've reviewed other people's comments re the same problem on apple support and the only answer was to use the 'none' option when selecting card type but no such option is available?
It is only for the verification. But they will not deduct any amount from your card…

- Why can't I log into the AppStore and update or download apps? Every time I try to download or update an app it's stops it right away, so I looked it up and it said to sign out restart your iPhone and sign back in then it will work. But I can't sign back in or download or update my apps. What can I do?

- I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no? So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not
