Why are my iPhone videos laggy on my Laptop?

My iPhone videos are laggy on my computer when I play them. So I transferred my iPhone videos to my laptop and when I ever I play them they are laggy. It's so frustrating because I wan't to edit my videos on Sony Vegas, but it's hard to do so because its laggy.

Does anyone know why my videos are laggy?

Depends on how long your videos are. If they are long, they will be laggy if your computer isn't good enough to handle it. It could also be your computer not being able to handle the video or sony vegas because it doesn't meet the system requirements. You can try using disk defragmenter or Ccleaner to imporove your computers performance.
