Why are my websites not working on My Wi-Fi?
I have 3 websites, www.stevesinyard.co.uk www.allysinyard.co.uk and www.floor13design.co.uk. For some reason, they will not load when i'm on my home network Wi-Fi! On my iphone, it won't load the site unless I go onto 3G and my friends can access those websites on their Wifis. So I'm guessing it has something to do with my Wi-Fi? If I go through a Proxy Site like Anonymouse, I can get to it fine.
I'm not too technical so I would appreciate any help in Lehmans terms. I have trying ipconfig/renew in cmdprompt.
This has happened since Saturday, I haven't changed or done anything so I'm not sure why they aren't loading. It just takes ages to load then (using Chrome) I get the "This web page is not available
The connection to www.stevesinyard.co.uk was interrupted." I can access other websites just fine!
Are you 'hosting' these sites yourself? If so, I'm guessing yopur ISP has changed some 'loop-back' setting…
As for speed - well your 'uplink' data rate is a lot slower than your download rate…
- Why won't certain websites work on my computer? The two websites I know of that don't work are amazon.com and collegeconfidential.com. Amazon works on Safari, but not Chrome or Internet Explorer. College Confidential doesn't work on any browsers, but my iPhone. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it? College Confidential is very important because I will be applying to college soon, and there's a lot of information that I would like to read on there.
- Why is apple jumping straight to iphone 8 and not 7s and 7s plus? In the past we saw the 4s,5s,6s,3gs, etc. But why not 7s? Can you tell me why they might be skipping the s series? Or is the iphone 8 going to be called the iphone 7s?
- Why do I keep getting randomly logged out of certain websites? Google chrome on my iphone, I keep randomly getting logged out of FB, y! A, and gtaforums, while on my pc, I never have to log back in why?
- Why aren't all websites HTML yet? It is so annoying how whenever I try watch something on my PS4 or iPhone, the "Flash Player Required" sign comes up!
