Why can I no longer download apps on iPhone?

I have lots of free memory and lots less apps then 1 month ago, so it's not that issue.

When I search for an app from the store that works fine, but when I press on the app in the search results it just loads a grey screen and often doesn't even give me the opportunity to download. Even when it does, and I try and click the "Free" or "£0.69" button etc to download it doesn't respond.

You probably don't have enough memory on your phone or its mashed up

Try this.

Settings > General > About and see do you really have enough memory.

Then Tap the first App that isn't downloading to see did you pause it.

Or maybe you have bad Wi-Fi/3G/ LTE connection

Are you sure the credit card registered with Apple is the one you are using now and not an old one. If the card is out of date then you will not be able to purchase anything at all, not even free apps.

Is your Wi-Fi turned on?
