Why can't my iphone sync to my computer?
The other day, I cracked my iphone and it wasn't working, so I ordered a new one.
The problem is, I now have a different computer and my old Iphone won't sync to it so I can back it up for the new one. Why can't I sync my old iphone to my new computer? What do I do?

There's plenty of room on my phone, and I've configured the syncing to only add checked songs, but it still only has purchased music. Any advice? Should I turn my iCloud off?
