Why can't anyone get my videos on snapchat?
It sucks that's like the only fun thing about snapchat lol…
I have a My Touch 4g (android) which is I believe at least a 3 year old phone, I have the most updated version from the play store (doesn't really seem much like it though. It says in the description where you download it that I can do filters but I can't seem to do that either)
but yeah. No one ever gets my videos, I used to think to think it was only iphone users who couldn't but it seems to be everyone:-[
How do I fix this?
You might not have allowed snapchat access to your microphone which makes videos useless. I would suggest checking this under setting and go to microphone and enable snapchat. But that's for iPhones so hopefully that's the only problem.
- Why doesn't my iPhone let me see snapchat videos? Ok so I hold on the snapchat. And it doesn't show up at all should what should I do? And I already tried to delete the snapchat app and redownload it but it doesn't work!
- Why does my iPhone receive good quality videos as bad quality videos? So I recently met a famous guy in concert and when I got a picture wth him I was getting a video and my friend used her phone to video it. So she sent it to me and it was like terrible quality and the video was like little with a huge black border around it. But yet it looks perfectly fine on her phone? How do I fix it? Whenever I try to get video editing apps it always says error & only with that particular video. I have an iPhone 5c, and so does my friend.
- Why can't people see my snapchat videos on my front camera? When I try to send snapchat videos on my front camera, most people can't open them. I have to keep taking videos on my back camera in order for people to see them. At least all my friends with iphones can't open them. My friends with androids can. I have an android (xperia sp). Any reason why this is happening? And how I could fix this.
- Why can't I snap longer videos in snapchat? I have a brand new Nexus 5 phone on the latest Android OS. I can only snap videos up to 7 seconds. IPhone users can snap up to 10 seconds, and sometimes even more! I e-mailed snapchat about the problem, but they're not responding. I tried to uninstall and re-install the app, even tried the beta version, but still the same problem.
