Why can't i make a call on iphone?
I just got an iphone 5 yesterday and i can recive calls but can't call anyone. Is there something in the settings that will fix this?
Call your service provider from a different phone or visit your provider's location--they should be able to help you out.
Shut off your phone for about 10 seconds and then turn it back on and try making a call! If that doesn't work then you need to go to the store where you got it or call your service provider!
- Will it show up as a missed call if i call someone by accident for half a ring? So I accidentally called my ex on his iphone, but I quickly realized my mistake and hung up after a half ring. Like you know how when you're calling someone it rings, I hung up after the first riiiing. My question is, will it show up on his phone as a missed call? I tested it out on 2 friends. One iphone 5 and iphone 4. They both told me they didn't get a call. Am I in the clear?
- Why can't I make a video call using Skype? I'm using an iPhone 4, and I'm trying to make a video call through Skype, but the video call button is almost faded out, so I can't tap it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my settings, and I know my camera works.Am I missing something?
- Why can't anyone hear me when I make a call on my Iphone 4? It doesn't seem to matter what I do. I can put headphones in that have a mic, I can use speaker and I can put it on normal calling but nobody can ever hear me. Is this a hardware or software issue? I just spent a week with no phone and got a new one and it has this issue. What exactly are solutions to this?
- My iPhone screen isn't dimming when i make a phone call or take one. Why? I've recently have noticed that my iphone 4 isn't dimming when i press my ear against it. I'm not too sure why that is. I'm not too sure if its because i just a screen protector on it or if I've messed with the settings or if its just the phone it self.
