Why can't I open my email messages on my laptop?
Whenever I sign into my email account and click on the messages they won't open. I can't even delete or move them whereas there's nothing wrong with my account on my Iphone or iPad.
Try using another browser or email application and check if javascript is enabled. If not your laptop needs a bit of servicing to check for and repair faults.
I have the same problem with one of my email accounts. The others work just fine. This is the same on any computer or piece of technology. Since I use this account as a part of my work, it is doubly frustrating!
Check the connection settings.
