Why can't I receive pictures?
I have iPhone 5 on AT&T and my friend sent me a picture and it didn't come through… They tried several times and it didn't come though… Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it? Is there any other ways they can send the picture? I need help! Please and thank you!
What did they send it through? If they sent it through Bluetooth then it might be on your SD card and you should get them to send it through viber, whatsapp or Facebook

I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why?
