Why can't I use internet on my iphone outside of my house?

My Wi-Fi works perfectly fine when I'm in my house, but when I'm away from my house i can't go on the internet.

Because unless you have data you can't get onto the internet without a Wi-Fi spot that you can connect to.

Because some places don't have Wi-Fi or a strong Wi-Fi connection

Maybe because the Wi-Fi doesn't go outside of your house. Check and see if your friends can get online on their phones outside of your house.

You have to be within a zone of reach to connect to Wi-Fi. In your home, you are connecting to a personal Wi-Fi. Outside of your house, you will have to connect to another Wi-Fi, if available. Some places have free Wi-Fi, some have Wi-Fi you have to pay for but you have to connect (via Settings).

  • Why won't the iphone connect to the house wireless internet? Typin in the correct password. Everything else does. Netflix, everybodys laptops. Everybody elses phones. Just not my iphone. This somethin apple does so youd use more data? Only thing I can think of ha Just says unable to join
