Why can't my boyfriend get any of my text messages?
This happens occasionally. Sometimes he gets them but sometimes he doesn't. He has an Samsung android or whatever and I have an iPhone. It's really annoying. He needs a new phone anyways because the battery goes super fast even if he isn't using it. His phone also has been recently just turning off by itself but he thinks it's just because it runs out of battery. He has gotten a new battery several times but it doesn't do anything.
Buy him a new phone for mothers day.
Make sure you have your boyfriend's number as text, not iMessage.
If he's a Verizon customer, oftentimes there's a significant delay receiving messages from users of other carriers.
The carriers involved may matter but I doubt it. The OSs here shouldn't be a factor as well. It may be something with iMessage though can't much more than that & its something of a guess.
- Why is my iPhone5 sending some messages as iMessage and others as Text Messages? I understand that messages are sent as Text Messages when there's no signal or poor Wi-Fi connection. However, I'm successfully texting some people using iMessage but others (still iPhone users) as Text messages. The other person will send iMessages and then my responses will be sent as green Text Messages.
- Why am I not getting any text messages? My girlfriend has an iPhone 6 and I have a what ever little android and both of our phones are active but when ever I text her she'll get the message but when she texts me I get nothing so I don't know what the problem is I tried restating my phone and rebooting my phone I even took the SIM card out and back in but I still get nothing I don't know if this is the problem with my.service or my phone or her phone
- When I receive text messages with emojis from an iPhone, why do the messages only appear partially? My phone is a "Verizon Samsung Intensity II" slide phone. (Also it's blue but that doesn't matter.) Also, if I'm included in an iPhone group chat (spoiled rich friends, but not snobby…), I get each posted message as a separate message, so I'll end up randomly with 67 unread messages clogging up my inbox.
- On my iPhone 4S, I can't reply to any text messages I've only had this iPhone since November, but whenever I go to try to tap reply to a text message, it won't let me, so I spend forever repeatedly tapping on the bar, until I give up and have to go to my contacts and select "message" just so I could type. What is wrong with my iPhone? Should I go to Rogers or send it back to Apple or is this a software issue?
