Why can't my Iphone 5S connect to Vodafone?
I have recently bought the new Iphone 5s, i've done the regular set up etc, however it just won't connect to Vodafone automatically. I've tried turning the 'carrier' mode off and manually connecting to the available network but it still won't connect to Vodafone!
Is your sim card from Vodafone?
Put this simcard in a different phone and see what is signal like, you may have very weak Vodafone signal at your place. Deactivate 3G on your phone and see how it goes without it.
- Why did vodafone charge my iphone viber calls? I'm using my iphone 3 given to me by my sister in HK. I insert a contract vodafone sim card in this phone and everything works ok, except for the viber calls. Vodafone charged me about £50 for a 45-min call recently. They insisted that it was an international call and not a viber call! Now I dare not use the viber apps anymore. I don't know if the phone had been locked in HK but I didn't have to unlock it in order to use my vodafone sim card with it.
- Why can't my desktop connect to our Wi-Fi at home but does connect to moble hotspot? Suddenly my desktop won't connect to our Wi-Fi. All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.

- If I'm on Vodafone and iv have got a blackberry can I get an iphone? Last year I got a Vodafone contract for 2 years and it is £13 a month with a free blackberry, so I can't upgrade for another year but I really would like an iPhone so if I got one from apple or amazon, sim free, could I phone up Vodafone and ask to swap my sim I have at the moment for the micro-sim/the one I need for an iPhone? Please answer soon as I'm trying to convince my mum! Xx
