Why can't u log into iTunes? I have an iphone 5 and every time I try to log in to download an app on the appstore it makes me enter my password then it says unknown error so I tryed to use the same log in on my other old Iphone 4 it works how can I fix this
Why can't I open my email messages on my laptop? Whenever I sign into my email account and click on the messages they won't open. I can't even delete or move them whereas there's nothing wrong with my account on my Iphone or iPad.
Why can't I log into the AppStore and update or download apps? Every time I try to download or update an app it's stops it right away, so I looked it up and it said to sign out restart your iPhone and sign back in then it will work. But I can't sign back in or download or update my apps. What can I do?
Why can't I log into my meetme account? Today I had my iPhone reset at the apple store and now when I downloaded meetme app it won't let me login and when I try entering my email to forgot account it says it doesn't exist. My accounts still there because my friends see it, what's going on?
