Why can't apple make there iphones shiny?
Like why does there iphone have like a matte finish metal?
why can't they have shiny version as well?
i know not everybody like glossy/shiny over matte/dull
so why can't they just make both?
You're asking a lot. This is a company that it took four years just to make one in white. They are looking at longevity. Brushed metal lasts longer. Shiny would show scratches and dents more and tarnish over time and require polishing-that means chemicals. Also more noticeable to thieves. Gold is bad enough. Best luck.

All of the iPhones were a shiney plastic/glass except the 1,5, and 5s.
- Will acrylic paint stick to a shiny iphone case? It is some sort of shiny case (not plasticy but not metal either) I have no idea what it is but it's a bit shiny, so I sanded it. Will the coat of paint I'm putting on it stay? Even after sanding it was still shiny.
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why do Apple charge so much for iPhones when they cost like $50 to make? I heard that to make an iphone in China costs Apple $50 a piece so why then do they sell them for £500+ ?
- Why are iphones stil so popular when there so many better phones out there? Ios is stale and boring its been almost exactly the same since the original iPhone. Even if you jailbreak it the features you get with jailbreak you can get with a non rooted android phone
