Why did I receive a weird call on my new iphone?
It is extremely weird, a local number called me, and I thought it was my step mom calling me about if I successfully set up my new phone, but it was not. It was a low voiced man that almost sounded like it was an operator not a real person. He was telling me about the patriot act and some garbage then proceeds to tell me i've been pranked. So I call the number back and it is a woman on her way back from Grand Forks, and. It is particular worrying me because the Apple store had just declined by credit card information.
Don't call random numbers like that. Some are set up to place huge charges on your bill.

Look up the phone number at Callercenter to find out who's behind the call. Besides, since the website keeps a record of phone numbers reportedly used in phone scams, you'd surely know if the caller's a scammer, too.
- Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?

And say someone calls me and i'm talking to them and then someone else calls me.well when the second person calls me i don't get something saying that the second person is calling me like it did before.
