Why did my new iphoneX crack so easily?
I see a bunch of scratches. I have dropped it a few times but it was on carpeted and soft floors. I thought that if the I phone x is so expensive and the newest iPhone, shouldn't it be more durable?
So you go back to the store and beg for repairs, where they charge you hundreds of dollars. Another reason is to get you to buy a $200 screen cover and case. It's called marketting

This ones on on you. My iPhone 4s lasted two years as a phone - still works great as an iPod. Same with my iPhone 6s. Currently using an 8s… Never dropped any of them. Never had a break or a scratch. Use Mophie battery cases and screen protectors on all three.
