Why didn't I receive text messages people sent while I was away? - 1
I was away in Italy and I took my cell phone, but turned off roaming and data. Anyway, when we got back my sister received text messages people sent while she was away, but I didn't. People told me they texted me and I never got them. I don't this guy to think I'm ignoring him if he also sent me a text while I was away.
I have an iPhone and my carrier is Verizon.

- Why don't I receive alerts or a notification when I receive a text and I already checked my settings? I adjusted my setting and even put the ringer and notifications on and put the volume and ringer on and I receive no alert, no pop up, alert or notification when someone texts me. Why? This is the iPhone X! I went to the cell phone/ carrier store and they didn't help me. They said to go to the apple store or check the settings. I already adjusted the settings. So what do I do now?

- Why do people with iPhones receive email text messages? I have an iPhone and other people I text with iPhones tell why when I text them they get my email instead of my phone number. Why is that is it possible to not to ever send out my email just my number. When I text them with my iPhone.
- Why didn't he read the text messages? This guy I work with and I been texting each other since July 5. The last time I talked to him was around noon. It is almost midnight. He works 2 jobs and he should be off work now. I text him through my iPod touch and it says delivered. He has a iPhone. I know he likes me because he been flirting with me.
